chinese laptop battery

yesterday, my customer in india told me that retailling one piece of laptop battery only need $20.00, in china it needs $36.00 i am so surprised that i doubt that the value of indian labour force is less than chinese ?
of course not. indian like to buy the cheapie which cost little money. they dona care of the quality. if the products can be used , they will pay for it !!
but in china, you can also find the battery is cost $10.00. is ti can be used ?
of course you can use it in a period. but not long time. so i have to guess that the battery in india cost $20.00 may cost $10.00 in china.
but i am not sure you have use the $36.00 battery made-in-china, as to my point, i think it is ok on the price and quality. you can use it well .
